Karen Kelly is a Real Estate Broker at Fathom Realty with over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana State University. Currently she serves as the 2024 Vice President of the Central Indiana Realtist Association (CIRA) and the 2024 Treasurer of the Women’s Council of CIRA. Karen was awarded the Outstanding Service Award for CIRA in 2023 and the Top Producer Award for Fathom Realty with over $6 million in sales.
Throughout her tenure in the industry, Karen has served as Treasure of CIRA for 3 years along with Secretary of Eastern Division of MIBOR. With a passion for financial literacy, Karen spends several hours a month mentoring young adults in her community. Karen is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., through which she supports her community through service and philanthropic projects.
In her free time, sheenjoys bowling, cycling, and traveling to various beaches. Karen is an Indy east side native and is the proud mother of two daughters, Taylor and Chandler.
