Maria Kanger is the Professional Development Director at MIBOR REALTOR® Association. She oversees the Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL), the MIBOR Master Professional (MPRO) certification program, and all of MIBOR’s educational programming. In addition, she serves as the co-staff liaison for the MIBOR Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
Prior to joining the MIBOR staff in June 2022, Maria worked in higher education for over 10 years. In her various roles, she gained extensive experience in training and development. Maria is excited to be serving on the CIRA Board as the MIBOR member at-large!
