Randy is a 38 year corporate employee with a major employer in the Central Indiana area. Throughout his tenure, he has served in several capacities from IT, Marketing, Manufacturing, & Training and Development. For the last 18 years, he has served as the Real Estate Director for Lilly’s Asia Pacific region, R&D division and various sites within the USA where he manages a multimillion-dollar portfolio. This includes negotiating multimillion-dollar real estate purchases, sales and leases of commercial properties. He has the ability to understand customer requirements and deliver the results. He regularly receives feedback that he develops and maintains strong relationships with his customers/clients, vendors and other team players.
Randy began his Residential real estate career over 20 years ago. He incorporates his professional corporate experience and skills into the Residential real estate market. He has a passion for assisting people in their real estate transaction(s) and prides himself on listening to his clients and determining the best plan to achieve a positive outcome. Randy has realized that he has had real estate in his blood since he was a child working with his father in the family owned construction business (residential and commercial) in North Central Indiana.Randy takes the focus off of himself and puts it on his clients. It’s all about what his clients need, developing a plan, keeping them informed and delivering results.
Randy is a proud alumnus of Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN) where he majored in Computer Information Systems. Randy also obtained his Master’s degree from Indiana University at Indianapolis in Counseling Education. Randy and his wife along with their son (2024 Freshman at Ball State University) reside in Fishers, Indiana. In his spare time, he loves to travel, swim and spend time with his family and friends.
